Certification Program Nations first Women Business Enterprise WBE certifier, provides a national certification program for women-owned businesses. The certificate, called Woman Business Enterprise certificate, ensures that a private, for-profit company is legitimately controlled and owned 51 by women. NWBOC has been approved by the U.S. Small Business Administration SBA to be a third-party certifier for women-owned small business federal contracts.
