RESEARCHCGR'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS PROVIDING MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES OR MANAGEMENT TOOLS TO CLIENTS, UTILIZING STAFF EXPERTISE THAT SPANS ECONOMICS AND PUBLIC FINANCE; GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT; HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES; PUBLIC SAFETY; EDUCATION; AND STRATEGIC PLANNING. CGR ALSO CONDUCTS RESEARCH IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST THAT IS NOT FUNDED BY CLIENTS. WE IDENTIFY PROJECTS TO PURSUE BASED UPON THE WORK WE DO, CONVERSATIONS WITH LEADERS WE MEET WHILE CONDUCTING RESEARCH, AND INTERNAL ASSESSMENT ABOUT WHETHER A PARTICULAR ISSUE IS BEING ADEQUATELY ADDRESSED BY OTHERS.

PUBLIC SERVICETHE CGR STAFF PROVIDES COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND PUBLIC SERVICE SUPPORT TO MANY OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS. WE ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS SEEKING INFORMATION ON PUBLIC POLICY ISSUES. WE ROUTINELY LINK INQUIRING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO RESOURCES AND RESEARCH COMPLETED BY CGR ON TOPICS RANGING FROM GOVERNMENT CONSOLIDATION TO HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE DATA.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENTCGR RESPONDS TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR TARGETED MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES ISSUED BY GOVERNMENTS AND NONPROFITS AND ALSO PROACTIVELY MARKETS SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS. CGR PRODUCTS ARE HANDS-ON MEASUREMENT TOOLS THAT PUT CUSTOMIZED, UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION AT CLIENTS' FINGERTIPS, PROVIDING ON-DEMAND DECISION SUPPORT.
