During the 2019-2020 fiscal year, RRLC provided 55.5 hours of instruction to approximately 588 library staff members during 13 workshops and three conferences: Storytelling & Social Media Symposium, Tech Camp Conference, and We Need Diverse Libraries: Diversifying Your Bookshelves for Young Readers and Teens. RRLC hosted 7 virtual events and webinars for a total of 9 hours to approximately 510 library staff members. In addition, 156 people took advantage of the RRLC-sponsored online learning platforms, Treehouse and Skillshare, on their own computers at their home locations for an unspecified number of hours. RRLC also distributed $149,410 in grant funding to other libraries.These programs are significantly supported by government grants.
