INCLUDE PEOPLE TRANSITIONING FROM THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM, THOSE SEEKING/IN RECOVERY FROM SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS, LIVING IN EMERGENCY SHELTERS, TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAMS, OR THOSE WHO RECEIVE AFTER-HOUSING CARE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. 1. DEVELOPED 4 RECOVERY COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS (RCOS) ACROSS WESTERN NEW YORK, CENTRAL NEW YORK, AND THE FINGER LAKES REGION. 2. CREATED, PUBLISHED, AND DISTRIBUTED THE 1ST EVERYDAY WOMEN IN RECOVERY CALENDAR 2016-2017 CALENDAR 3. UNITED WAY DAY OF CARING PARTERING WITH THE CHILDRENS INSTITUTE 4. HCBS CO-LOCATION SHARED SPACE PRESENTATION AT NEW YORK ASSOCIATION OF PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION SERVICES CONFERENCE. COMPASSION. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP HOPE. ACCESSIBILITY. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION ACQUIRED 381-385 SAXTON STREET, ROCHESTER, NY. THIS HOUSING PORJECT WILL UNDERGO RENOVATIONS IN 2019 AND WILL ALLOW HOUSING AVAILABILITY FOR 4-5 FAMILIES. THE ACRONYM ACT CAPTURES OUR GUIDING PRINCIPLES FOR OUR ORGANIZATIONS ELIEFS AND PHILOSOPHY PERTAINING QUALITY ASSURANCE AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT.
