Organizations Filed Purposes:
The Silver Lake Institute exixts in order to promote the religious, educational, intellectual, moral, and physical welfare of the people in Silver Lake and surrounding areas. To this end it may hold meetings and provide for instution, recreation, health, and quiet enjoyment on its gorunds in Silver Lake, New York; conduct worship, schools and classes; maintain buildings, parks, private roads and parking areas, and waterfront facilites; and do such other such things as are needful or proper to further its general purpose.
Weekly organized events on Sunday mornings and Thursday evenings throughout the summer, as well as other events during the year which promote learning and a sense of community. The Institute also maintains the orderliness and cleanliness of the properties located within the Institute grounds which enables the furtherance of their exempt purposes.
