The Somers Land Trust (SLT) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving open space in the town of Somers. SLT owns Rhinocerous Creek Reservation in Somers, NY and together with the Westchester Land Trust holds a number of conservation easements throughout Somers. In addition, SLT promotes environmentally sensitive planning and helped devise the town survey soliciting public input for the Somers Master Plan.
