1.job readiness training Ready, Set, Work An evidenced based job readiness training, which contains a focus on career integration. A total of 37 clients participated in RSW in 2017, 34 total graduates $24,500 total revenue 2. Job placement assistance MADE assists job ready individual with gaining and maintaining employment. In 2017, a total of 27 client received this service, which totaled 160 sessions combined. 20 clients were employed under this service. $13,000 total revenue 3. At-risk Youth Prevention MADE facilitates classroom and assembly style presentations to address unhealthy attitudes and behaviors that are detrimental to dreams and success. MADE was paid for 2 presentation but facilitated 10 total in 2017. An approximate number of students is 600 total

M.A.D.E. Transitional Services is modeled after the researched and assessed Ready, Set, Work program. M.A.D.E. Transitional Services used a unique approach to address the root cause of reentry failure for previously convicted individual by encouraging lifestyle changes and providing the essential tools necessary to deal with the myriad challenges that offenders face. With support from Columbia University and other generous donors, M.A.D.E. officers visit the Rockland Country Correctional Facility and mentor and consult individuals to prepare them for a successful reentry into society. MADE facilitated 5 Ready, Set, Work cycles, with a total 45 participants, with a 80 graduation rate and a 70 job placement rate.

Provided free career counseling and services to low income adults looking for work. Organized a Job fair with hundreds of attendants and provided development and career advice including resume building.

Provided services to At Risk Youth in After school program. Provided support, reflective criticism and advice to participants to improve their personal effectiveness in school and helpprepare them for the work environment. MADE hosted two Fair Chance hiring job fairs, that 34 employers and a total of 523 job seekers. MADE served at total 47 one-on one clients seeking employment services, which maintained a 61 job placement rate. MADEs recidivism rate of all clients serviced is 9. MADE in partnership with the Exceptional Project facilitated workshops in the Bronx NY, Brooklyn NY, Washington DC, Austin Texas providing life skills, decision making tools to over 300 middle, junior high and high school students. MADE in partnership with WELLCORE INC. facilitated a school year long life skills workshop at there after school academy, that serviced over 60 Spring Valley High School students.
