Organizations Filed Purposes: The NUAs mission is to substantiate an irrefutable belief in the capacity of all public school children to achieve the high intelectual performance demanded by our ever changing global community.

Osso, MN - Conducting training sessions for teachers and instructional coaches/teacher leaders who then demonstrate their proficiency by sustaining improved climates and High Intellectual Performances through the use of the NUA High Operational Practices and philosophies explicated in the award winning book, The Pedagogy of Confidence.

Redwood City, CA - The focus of this project is to buid conviction, capacity, and the confidence of the students, faculty, and school leadership team to enable closing the opportunity gap for all students. To accomplish this, students, faculty, and school leaders are exposed to professional development that focuses on beliefs, practices NUA strategies and structures that motivate teaching toward high intellectual performance. NUA will conduct a series of large and small group sessions as well as demonstration lessons.

Roseville, MN - Through project-based learning, the students in the three participating schools participate in training that promotes intellectual growth, creativity, agency, and personal investment for self-directed learning and ownership. NUA mentors explicate and demonstrate the principles set forth in The Pedagogy of Confidence to each schools pedagogical staff.
