To represent all covered employees by the enforcement of the Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiated by the United States Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union AFL-CIO with regards to hours, wages and working conditions.
The local union maintains a union hall to provide a place for members to attend meetings, attend union initiated social functions as well as a place to hold their own private functions.
