CouldYou? is formed for the charitable purpose of mobilizing, equipping and teaching individuals to contribute their resources, talents and gifts towards creating long-term solutions of poverty, and impacting and alleviating poverty related issues such as disease, education and health.
It is our goal to lead the rollout of providing menstrual cups across Mozambique and other African countries. CouldYou? is dedicated to creating a world where NO girl misses school because she cannot afford menstrual products. We are working on a messaging campaign to educate communities, schools and girls on menstrual health and the option of the menstrual cup.
CouldYou? is currently working with local NGO's entrepreneurs and Ministries of Health in Ghana, Uganda and Liberia, doing acceptability trials with the repellent where people and governments are desperate for a more sustainable solution in the fight against insect-borne diseases.
Over the next 15 years, we hope to transform the education system in Mozambique, dismantling the chains of extreme poverty. In partnership with the Ministry of Education, we are training teachers how to identify illiterate students and get them literate in 5 months. In addition, we are providing free community literacy classes for adults. On the Philanthropy side, Could You is committed to our mission of working with African leaders and organizations to develop African solutions to African problems while helping individuals, as alumni of our philanthropy program, find their own unique contribution while encouraging their engagement to impact and alleviate poverty. This includes catastrophic relief, orphan care and access to clean water.
