TO INCREASE SUCCESS IN OUR GOALS, HPCDC BELIEVES IN PROVIDING INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS IN YOUTH LEADERSHIP, EDUCATION, DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION AND HEALTH RELATED SERVICES.
