EDUCATION- THE SCHOOL EDUCATED 862 STUDENTS ON THREE CAMPUSES WHO ALL STRUGGLE WITH LANGUAGE-BASED LEARNING DISABILITIES. THE CHILDREN ALL HAVE AVERAGE TO ABOVE-AVERAGE INTELLIGENCE AND ARE TAUGHT WITH A SCIENTIFICALLY-PROVEN TEACHING METHODOLOGY. STUDENTS STAY AT WINDWARD FOR AN AVERAGE OF FOUR YEARS AND THEN RETURN TO MAINSTREAM INDEPENDENT AND PUBLIC SCHOOLS AFTER WHICH 99% ATTEND COLLEGE.

WINDWARD TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTE - THE WINDWARD TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTE (WTTI) SERVES APPROXIMATELY 1,500 PARTICIPANTS BY OFFERING COURSES, WORKSHOPS, PARENT SEMINARS AND LECTURES. WTTI IS NATIONALLY ACCREDITED TO GRANT CERTIFICATION IN MULTISENSORY STRUCTURED READING. SINCE 1988 THE WTTI HAS SERVED AS A RESOURCE FOR EDUCATORS, PROFESSIONALS AND PARENTS SEEKING TO ENHANCE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE IN THE AREA OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT, LEARNING THEORY AND PEDAGOGY.
