Organizations Filed Purposes: The Hudson River Museum is a preeminent cultural institution in Westchester County and the New York metropolitan area. Situated on the banks of the Hudson River in Yonkers, New York, the HRM's mission is to engage, inspire, and connect diverse communities through the power of the arts, sciences, and history.

Public programs: Includes lectures, workshops, concerts, seminars, performances and presentations to visitors on a regular basis as well as work with underserved community groups to develop programs of significant interest to those communities and provide access to them. Also includes all of the functions necessary to operate the Museum's programs on a 7-day-a-week basis including maintenance of exhibitions, security of exhibitions and collections, and visitor services, together with activities related to the upgrade and expansion of galleries and program facilities.

Exhibitions & Curatorial: Exhibit, interpret and research collections including Art and Historical Objects. Maintain, interpret, research Glenview, 1876 house listed on National Historic Register. Developed and presented special exhibitions including Thomas Coles Refrain: The Paintings of Catskill Creek; James McElhinney: Discover the Hudson Anew; Janelle Lynch: Another Way of Looking at Love; Self in the City: Highlights from the Collections of the Hudson River Museum and Art Bridges; Collection Spotlight: Trading Cards in the Museums Collection; Derrick Adams: Buoyant; Derrick Adams: We Came to Party and Plan; Collection Spotlight: Derrick Adams; Frances Hynes: Constellations. Includes the publication of catalogs and other support material.

Education: Develops programs that provide educational experiences for over 20,000 school children (in-person and virtually). Develops and presents programs that provide in-service training for teachers. Works closely with partner schools to develop curriculum with the schools. Maintains a dedicated leadership training program for public high school students that focuses on skill development, college readiness, and includes mentorships at the museum.
