WOMEN'S NETWORK ALSO SERVES AS A RESOURCE TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT MAY NOT HAVE THE MEANS OR DESIRE TO DELIVER INTERNAL PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT THEIR EMERGING LEADERS AND/OR DESIRE TO BOOST THEIR RANKS OF WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

WOMEN'S NETWORK EMPOWER PROGRAMMING - PROVIDES CAREER, LEADERSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT TO WOMEN THROUGH HIGH QUALITY, PROFESSIONALLY FACILITATED WORKSHOPS OFTEN IN PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. TOTAL PARTICIPATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR WAS 108 WOMEN IN INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS CATEGORIZED IN THREE SERIES: AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP: LEADING WITH STRENGTH; MANAGING WITH STRENGTH AND LEADERSHIP TOOLBOX.
WOMEN'S NETWORK CONNECT PROGRAMMING - MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORKING WOMEN TO CREATE POWERFUL PARTNERSHIPS, EXCHANGE IDEAS AND FORGE NEW RELATIONSHIPS. TOTAL PARTICIPATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR WAS 868 WOMEN AT 18 BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND AFTERWORK EVENTS.
WOMEN'S NETWORK INSPIRE PROGRAMMING - CELEBRATES LEADERSHIP AND ACHIEVEMENT IN WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY THROUGH A VARIETY OF EVENTS AND CURRICULUM; A RECOGNITION OF WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT IN THE COMMUNITY WITH A VIRTUAL GATHERING OF 226 WOMEN CELEBRATING LEADERSHIP, EMERGING LEADERSHIP AND AN OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION MAKING NOTABLE CHANGE FOR WOMEN.SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENT LEADERS WERE SUPPORTED, AN ANNUAL MEETING RECAPPING SUCCESS OF THE WOMEN'S NETWORK AND LAYING OUT STRATEGY FOR THE FUTURE. 1,219 WOMEN PARTICIPATED IN THIS PROGRAMMING.
