The purpose of this Organization is the prevention of cruelty to animals. Their ultimate goal is to build and maintain an animal shelter in Carroll County, Ohio which will provide temporarily, a safe haven for domestic animals which under their care. Since their inception and throught 2018, they have achieved this goal through the fundraising and construction of their animal shelter. As of 12/31/19, the shelter us still under construction.
