Organizations Filed Purposes:
To see every woman in church planting trained, supported and valued. To come alongside with the gospel and our lives.
Basic & Alongside Training Initiative: Due to Covid restrictions, the preivously 3 to 4 day intensive in-person sessions were changed to online events. During the report year 204 women were impacted. Our primary goal is to equip women to face the complex world of church planting and pastoral ministry by providing a gospel grid with practical, tangible tools to address life and ministry challenges.
Networks and Groups: Groups meet locally or virtually on a regular basis and are led by a trained leader. 89 women joined a local or virtual group. Our goal is to create space for women in ministry and church planting to be renewed and restored by providing ongoing deep connection with trusted companions as well as training for current issues they are facing in ministry and church planting.
Implementing Cohorts: Implementing cohorts meet virtually for six sessions as a follow up to the Basic and Alongside Training. Foundational tools learned at the trainings are discussed and practiced in different contexts to further learn how to apply the tools to their own lives and others and to avoid misuses of the tools. 189 women participated in an implementing cohort.
