ERA is a non-profit professional membership organization dedicated to solving HR management issues for over 1,100 companies in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Northern Kentucky, and Eastern Indiana. Our in-house staff are professionally-certified HR experts that assist in employee relations, training, EEO/AA, compensation, labor relations, safety issues, and other HR related matters.
