Organizations Filed Purposes:
To eliminate diaper need and raise awareness of the basic health need for diapers in the community. In 2018, the diaper distribution program distributed 782,445 diapers into the Greater Cincinnati Area. The retail value of the diapers donated to families in need was $234,734. The diapers went to an average of 2,000 children each month to help ease the burden of diaper need. In August we distributed our 1 millionth diaper since our founding. We also ended the year with the beginning of potty-training toolkits, which are helping families navigate a stressful milestone by giving them all the tools they need to succeed in potty training with their first distribution of pull-ups. Hundreds of volunteers completed 2,354 service hours to ensure program growth and success.
