Services include comprehensive coordinated treatment of chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma and high cholesterol plus specialty clinics in physical therapy, dermatology, neurology, ophthalmology, and rheumatology. We continue to offer pediatric services including well child visits and immunization access as well as family planning services to adolescents.In addition, the organization received donated services to support the various medical services programs valued at $18,962.
Circle Health Services' behavioral health program provides psychiatric and psychological individual counseling services (33,478 clinic visits, 6,886 patients) to adults most of whom lack insurance for treatment of mental health problems. There are also issue-oriented counseling services available for depression. A separate substance abuse program (2,806 clinic visits, 235 patients) provides intensive outpatient treatment, which includes both group services and individual counseling.In addition, the organization received donated services to support the various behavioral health services programs valued at $59,902.
Circle Health Services' dental program (1,647 clinic visits, 799 patients) provides for patients, the majority of whom are Medicaid-eligible, or are uninsured or underinsured, restorative services such as cleanings, fillings, root canals and partials plus an emergency extraction clinic during evenings and weekend hours.In addition, the organization received donated services to support the various dental services programs valued at $14,708.
