Organizations Filed Purposes:
Provide pet food, vaccinations, basic veterinary care and assitance with spay and neuter costs for the pets of the homeless and less fortunate in downtown Columbus area.
Our members collect donations and then distribute it from 1355 Sullivant Avenue location. We are committed to reducing hunger and providing veterinarian wellness checks, vaccinations, microchipping, and spay and neuter assistance for the pets of the underserved and vulnerable populations (homeless, senior citizens, veterans, etc.). We educate the owners about the importance of keeping a disease free pet. We provide this support in a judgement free environment for individuals and families who are committed to the health and wellness of their pets and desire to keep them. By doing this, we are valuing the animal-human bond and keeping the pet from ever having to go to a shelter, which in all probability would result in the death of the animal.
