Seeds of Caring is organized to engage children and their families in service to the community. Seeds of Caring offers child-centered volunteer activities to empower children to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands and minds.
In 2020 Seeds of Caring empowered 9,114 Columbus area children through meaningful service, social action and community building opportunities. These kids came together with their families to meet the needs of 40 non-profit partner organizations, providing 24,000 sack lunches for the hungry, collecting and distributing 1,700 comfort care items for kids entering foster care, brightening days for 800+ local seniors, delivering 1,200+ meals for ill and homebound residents and other similar goodwill charitable pursuits.
