IN FY19 ENDING 06/30/19 CHCOD HAD 6,678 VISITS. OF THESE VISITS, 72% WERE MEDICAID AND LESS THAN 1% WERE SELF-PAY. CHCOD IS COMMITTED TO SERVING AS AN ADVOCATE FOR CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES. THE HOMECARE PROCESS ALLOWS MANY CHILDREN TO BE DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL AND RETURN HOME TO A MORE "HOMEY" ENVIRONMENT WHICH PROMOTES THE HEALING PROCESS. FACTOR UNITS DISPENSED, 1,835,325; PRIVATE DUTY NURSING HOURS, 7,357; HOME INFUSION THERAPIES, 1,900.
