THE FAIRGROUNDS RENTS OUT ITS BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DURING THE YEAR TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THE MONIES RECEIVED ARE USED TO MAINTAIN AND UPGRADE THE PROPERTY , SO IT CAN CONTINUE TO ACCOMPLISH ITS TAX EXEMPT PURPOSE.
