Organizations Filed Purposes: FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2020, THE LCCC FOUNDATION PROVIDED SUPPORT TO EACH OF THE CORNERSTONES OF LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS AND FACULTY DEVELOPMENT (EDUCATION), INNOVATION FUND (ECONOMIC), SUPPORT FOR STOCKER ARTS CENTER PROGRAMMING (CULTURAL), AND SUPPORT FOR CAMPUS GRANTS PROJECTS (COMMUNITY).

THE LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION, A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, ASSEMBLES AND UTILIZES RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE MISSION AND VISION OF LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE (LCCC). WE ENHANCE OUR COMMUNITY'S QUALITY OF LIFE BY INVESTING IN KEY LCCC PRIORITIES THAT PRESENT THE GREATEST IMPACT AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PEOPLE OF OUR COMMUNITY.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS AND STUDENT AID - THE LCCCF PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO OVER 977 STUDENTS (ESTIMATED) OF LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND/OR LCCC UP PROGRAM. AWARDS ARE MADE BASED ON ACADEMIC SUCCESS, NEED, AND/OR TALENT.

THE LCCCF PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE CITIZENS FOR LCCC IN THEIR EFFORT TO PROMOTE THE COLLEGE.

THE LCCCF PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE RICHARD DESICH SMART COMMERCIALIZATION CENTER FOR MICROSYSTEMS AT THE LCCC CAMPUS. SMART IS A WORLD CLASS MEMS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDRY THAT PROVIDES COST-EFFECTIVE TECHNICAL, FACILITY, AND EQUIPMENT RESOURCES TO STARTUPS, INDUSTRY/ACADEMIC RESEARCHERS, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES THAT ARE DEVELOPING MEMS-BASED SENSOR PRODUCTS.
