FINALLY, THE RESIDENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT FUND WILL BE USED IN ACQUIRING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY, ENSURING THAT THE PROPERTY IS MAINTAINED AND DOES NOT SUFFER FURTHER DETERIORATION.
