To provide medical care for low income, under-insured and uninsured population. Providers had a total of 101,318 encounters. The health center has been publicized through TV, newspaper articles, community groups, churches and neighborhood groups.
To provide pharmacy services to low income, under-insured and uninsured population in the surrounding area of all Health Partners of Western Ohio sites. Clinical pharmacy services are also offered to this population. A total of 6,215 clinical pharmacy visits were made to the providers.
To provide dental care for low income, under-insured and uninsured population. A total of 27,272 visits were made to the providers.
