Organizations Filed Purposes:
To enhance the quality of life of persons who have sustained traumatic brain injury, suffered a stroke or who are autistic, through providing opportunities for employment and education, as well as training related to life issues, health and independence.
In Return provides employment opportunities, educational classes, and training related to life issues, independence and self esteem to survivers of traumatic brain injury, stroke and to those with autism.
Employment Program Continued to refine in house products and manufacturing procedures developed and marketed new products. Secured additional new business from current and new customers that allowed InRETURN to hire 2 additional associates. Continuously assess and strive to improve ongoing operations revise operating procedures and structure as needed. Hired and trained additional special needs associates, and at year end there were 25 on payroll. Continue to improve strategic planning.
Occupational Therapy Program Continued to improve current program to help define viable solutions for special needs applicants who are evaluated in relation to current opportunities at In Return and placed into the situation that best reflects their skills, desires and capabilities.
Life Issue Training Classes Our in-house training facility offers learing opportunities for all associates. Life Skills program was consistently reassessed to develop challenging and effective classes to enhance learning experiences and attract quality and experienced instructors. Achieving and sustaining renewed self esteem and independence are the focus. All associates attend life skill classes each day current curriculum includes reading comprehension, computer skills, anger management and other social skill classes, healthy cooking, yoga, strength and stretching among others.
