Managed two AmeriCorps grants for the Washington County Commissioners. The AmeriCorps members are used as Community Health Workers or as Peer Recovery Supporters regionally. Reimbursement for expenses do not cover program costs. Sustaining the program is dependent on revenue from other programs.
Managed a grant-funded project for Hopewell Health Centers. Purpose of the project was to set up a partnership between Hopewell, several local health departnernts and three insurers to explore the use of Community Health Workers in improving health and reducting costs. Work to date has focused on partnership formation, sustainability and model implementation.
Managed a grant-funded project for Hopewell Health Centers. Purpose of the project is to develop systems to support recovery from addiction. Activities focused on placing Peer Recovery Supporters and assessing the needs of the recovery communities in SE Ohio.
