Improve lower Muskingum River environment by means of education, water quality improvement, environmental monitoring, and protection of land through acquisition or easement.
Develop a Watershed Action Plan for the Southern Subwatershed of the Lower Muskingum River. Held Stakeholder meetings to obtain input and support from community leaders in the affected areas. Conducted research to determine the causes and potential sources of pollution in the region.
