Organizations Filed Purposes:
Financial assistance for medical care including prescription, medical equipment, specialty physician visits: counseling for future plans to obtain these services; and low cost health care for those with no source of payment and/or primary care physician.
Through emergency medical care, 173 people were assisted financially with money towards prescriptions, medical equipment and medical expenses.
Remaining funds were transferred to Fisher Titus Foundation to assist with their Presciption Assistance Program.
