To provide economic education to local students to inspire and prepare them to succeed in a global economy.
Junior Acchievement provides economic education programs for high school, middle school, and elementary school students throughout Clark, Champaign, Logan, and Madison Counties. The program is provided through the school systems to students at no cost to the students or schools. During the 2019/2020 school year, the Junior Achievement curriculum was taught to 710 high school students, 394 middle school students, and 1,459 elementary school students. Junior Achievement was included in 120 classrooms throughout Clark, Champaign, Logan, and Madison counties.
The Organization awards college scholarships to eligible high school seniors. The scholarships are awarded through a competitive process that includes an application and interview.
