Organizations Filed Purposes: (1)To promote the general welfare of, and encourage the cooperation among all Realtist in the Greater Dayton Area (2)To create and promote community wellness by facilitating construction,rehabilitation, and improvement of neighborhoods, disseminating information to theneighborhoods concerning housing and community improvement programs, and encouraging the participation of residents;(3)To provide financial aid and assistance in relief of poor and underprivileged,underserved, and un-served members of the community to secure housing opportunities;(4)To promote, assist, support, own, construct, maintain, lease, operate and manage housing facilities and improvements thereto for: a)low and moderate income families or persons; (b) families or persons displaced from urban renewal areas, or as aresult of governmental action, or as a result of fire, flood, accident, or other disaster; and(c) elderly persons. And, these actions will be designed to promote the health, security, and welfare of all

-Realtist Week: Second annual first time homebuyer event served 12 consumers, the annual mixer served 190 consumers and the Leila Francis Commemorative Luncheon served 180 consumers.-Community dinners/Social events: Annual Statewide Conference held in Trotwood, Ohio and annual installation of Officers held in conjunction with the Greater Dayton Raltist Association at a Membership Gala. The event serves 100 local members, associate and community partners.-Education and Outreach: Works with other groups to conduct neighborhood education and education at schools on housing issues. Approximately 500 person were served in year 2016.
