THE COST OF AN AT HOME PROGRAM MODEL CONTINUES TO BE LOWER THAN TRADITIONAL FACILITY BASED MODELS, WHILE STILL PROVIDING CONTINUING CARE SERVICES. KENDAL AT HOME SERVICES ENCOMPASS THE MEMBERS PHYSICAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS AS THEY AGE. THE LIFE PLAN COORDINATION TEAM AT KENDAL AT HOME DEVELOPED INDIVIDUAL BASELINE WELLNESS ASSESSMENTS, ENHANCING THE MEMBERS HEALTH THROUGH VARIOUS TECHNOLOGIES, PHYSICAL FITNESS SESSIONS, AND INNOVATIVE COGNITIVE WELLNESS INITIATIVES. KENDAL AT HOME PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL FORUMS TO MEMBERS AS WELL AS THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE AND SERVES AS A RESOURCE ON AGING MATTERS FOR PUBLIC ADVOCACY. KENDAL AT HOME WAS LAUNCHED IN 2004 AND HAS PROVIDED SERVICES TO OVER 360 SENIORS IN OHIO OVER THE LAST TWELVE YEARS FOCUSING ON A HEALTHY AGING INITIATIVE.
