The Wyoming Community Improvement Corporation continued to focus effort on the 500 Wyoming Avenue building. Ongoing tenants include Sight LLC, Patina at Home, Art Resource Team, Shelly Helser/Book Blvd, Wyoming Wealth Management, and Tom Mellott-Attorney at Law. The CIC continued the lease of 400 Wyoming Ave to Station Family + BBQ. The CIC continued management of the lease at 1206 Springfield Pike. The CIC in turn sub-leases this property to Spring Valley Bank. The CIC also conintued the residential lease at 432 Springfield Pike and issued an RFP for the redevelopment of the property in December, 2019 for responses received in January, 2020. The property at 700 Van Roberts Place was purchased with the intention of demolishing the vacant, blighted home on the property. The CIC entered into a Property Sale and Development Agreement with Homewood Development in December, 2019 for hte construction of 4 single family houses at various addresses. The was the result of a Housing Infill Request for Proposals issued in February 2019. Normal maintenance of the other CIC properties was continued in 2019.
