Organizations Filed Purposes:
Our mission is to promote a quality youth soccer program where young people and coaches can develop positive self-image, self-confidence and soccer skills through their interest and participation in the game of soccer.
Spearfish Soccer Association registered teams from the U6 level thru adult in this past year. There were 27 outdoor teams in the fall and 0 teams in the spring for both boys and girls. There were several indoor teams registered with indoor practice facilities and equipment provided for practice. Spearfish Soccer hosted two large indoor tournaments with teams from all over the surrounding area. There were 113 teams at the first February tournament and 111 in the second February tournament. The organization was able to provide funds to Spearfish High School to assist both boys and girls, Varsity and Junior Varsity, participate in a state-wide league. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic; it is not determined when activities will resume.
