MEMBERSHIP SERVICES - RBA MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO COMPANIES THAT MANUFACTURE OR CONTRACT THE MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONIC GOODS OR A PRODUCT IN WHICH ELECTRONICS ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PRODUCT, OR SUPPLY MATERIALS USED IN THE ELECTRONICS OF THOSE GOODS.

Code of Conduct Programs - focuses on five core aspects: labor, health and safety, ethics, environment, and management systems. In terms of breadth and content, it draws from many international standards, such as the International Labour Organization core conventions, SA 8000, Fair Labor Association Code, United Nations Global Compact, and the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code.

Audit Program - rba has developed an audit program for member companies and their suppliers. All validated audits are independently managed by a third party Audit Program Manager and a fourth party performs a quality control check to ensure report consistency and quality. Develop LMS for extensive learning capability training for member companies and their supply chain.
