Organizations Filed Purposes: To promote professionalism and integrity in retail contruction through industry leadership in education, information exchange and jobsite safety.

The association conducts Superintendent Training that is a special training focus of learning responsibilities for schedule, productivity, safety and quality on the project site in addition to learning the the unique challenges and constraints of the retail environment.

The association hosts annual meetings, conferences, and trade shows to enable professionals to learn about the new developments in the industry and to network with their peers. RCA attends two to three trade shows per year as an exhibitor where they are able to distribute literature about membership and sponosorship opportunities.

The association keeps members and potential members informed of current events through their website and newsletters. They publish three newsletters per year which are distributed as inserts in commercial construction and renovation magazines as well as distributed to RCA members, advisory board and sponsors.
