PROVIDED STAFF TRAINING AND PROGRAM SUPPORT FOR THE PROSPERA HISPANIC LEADERS PROGRAM (PHLP) AT WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN MOUNT VERNON, WASHINGTON (MOUNT VERNON SCHOOL DISTRICT). 68 PARTICIPANTS (STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND PARENTS) BENEFITED FROM THIS PROGRAM. PROSPERA ALSO CONTINUED STAFF TRAINING/TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PHLP AT LAKE ANNE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN RESTON, VIRGINIA (FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS). 275 PARTICIPANTS (STUDENTS, TEACHERS, AND PARENTS) BENEFITED FROM THIS PROGRAM SITE.
