Embrace's mission is to strengthen communities from the inside out. We do this by training and coaching community based organizations, governmental agencies, educators, public health agencies and other stakeholders in Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD.)

Empowered Communities Institute: ABCD training and coaching services. During 2020 Embrace effectively implemented an online learning platform allowing all trainees to participate in learning cohorts virtually. We conducted 3 learning cohorts, one live prior to the shut down due to COVID 19 and two virtual cohorts that engaged 55 participants. These participants represented 9 non-profit and governmental organizations. In addition we provided coaching to 7 executive level staff who are applying ABCD principles in 10 communities.
