We provided $255,000 to a research program at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. The research seeks to create a treatment for the rare disease, Leukodystrophy - LBSL. This year's research included building cells with disease attributes, testing therapeutics, and a natrual history study with a sample of known patients. May never be read by a human but IT IS EXCITING!!!
