COMTA WAS FORMED WITH THE MISSION OF ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING THE QUALITY AND INTEGRITY OF THE PROFESSION. SINCE 2002, COMTA HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AS A SPECIALIZED ACCREDITING AGENCY.
