GIRLS IN TECHNOLOGY (GIT) - STEM for Her programs engage girls and young women through support of the Girls in Technology (GIT) program. We co-sponsor a number of programs showcasing how girls can prepare themselves for careers in STEM fields including: Mentoring/Protege, Sharing our Success, scholarships and career preparation workshops.
NOVA TECH DAY - STEM for Her partnered with Northern Virginia Community College to present a Day of Tech for high school girls accross the Washington D.C. metro area on five NOVA campuses. The Day of Tech focused on providing young women with resources and knowledge about the many benefits of pursuing a career in technology.
