Blue Mountain School provides a holistic approach to education that nurtures the mind and the heart, the rational and the creative, the physical and the spiritual. Together, the Contemplative and Progressive elements of our model honor the whole child.
Blue Mountain School provides educational services to between 50 and 60 students ages 30 months to 13 years. The educational model at the school is called contemplative progressive. In addition to the usual academic programming, students are also exposed to a social emotional learning curriculum. Students participate in daily enrichment classes: art, music, yoga/PE, and mindfulness. Blue Mountain School also provides summer programming for students ages 3-12. Summer camps are week-long, themed camps that include a family event at the end of the week.
