THE LIBRARY GIVES A SCHOLARSHIP EACH YEAR TO A QUALIFIED RECIPIENT. THE LIBRARY HAS EXTENSIVE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR CHILDREN, AS WELL AS TEENS.
