The annual Highland County Fair is conducted by the Highland County Fair Assoc. Due to a world-wide pandemic, the 2020 fair was cancelled though a limited 4-H/FFA livestock show and sale was held. A typical Fair has approx. 5,100 attendees who view and participate in exhibits, shows and competitions. The Fair also provides an opportunity for an average of 12 churches, school and civic groups to raise funds.
