A meeting is held annually to educate and to facilitate communication between ASIA members and other healthcare professionals, researchers, and consumers on spinal cord injury. The meeting usually lasts 4 days and is hosted in various locations for as many as 400 healthcare professionals.
Spinal cord outcomes partnership endeavor (SCOPE) is an industry-academic partnership devoted to the creation of an internationally uniform outcomes measurement schematic for spinal cord injury research. ASIA is the secretariat for SCOPE and all management activities are handled in the ASIA office.
Research developmental of spinal cord injury through various programs such s autonomic standards and the internationalstandards training e-learning program (INSTEP).
