Viridiant, with its partners, has delivered the EarthCraft House and EarthCraft Multifamily programs for the last 14 years, ensuring 27,000 individuals and families live in sustainable, affordable housing and improving the energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings.In 2019, Viridiant helped put 3,118 families into homes that are more affordable, more livable, and more durable. Each year Viridiant provides education and technical support throughout the design-build process to enable building artners, including builders, developers and many nonprofit and housing authorities, to learn how to build sustainable, energy-efficient construction affordably, ensure residents experience healthier homes that are cost effective to operate, and build more vibrant, durable communities.
