To provide affordable housing opportunities in partnership with the community for qualified families by building houses and selling them at cost with a no-interest or zero equivalency loan.
Funds were used to rehab or recycle nine houses, for low-income families in 2019-20. 272 houses have been built, recycled or rehabbed to date.
