Provides temporary emergency shelter, counseling, advocacy, support, etc. for victims of domestic and sexual violence and child abuse and neglect. During the year, women, children, and men were provided with services in scattered site shelter, the main offices, and two outreach offices. The Center also conducts educational and training programs in the community.
