EMPLOYMENT SERVICES:TRILLIUM EMPLOYMENT SERVICES HELPS BUSINESSES RECRUIT, TRAIN, AND ADVANCE EMPLOYEES WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN KING, PIERCE, CLARK, AND KITSAP COUNTIES OF WASHINGTON STATE. IN 2019, TRILLIUM SERVED 642 CLIENTS AND 424 EMPLOYERS. THE TEAM DEVELOPED 152 NEW JOBS, SUPPORTED 62 INDIVIDUALS WITH CAREER ADVANCEMENTS (INCREASED HOURS WORKING), AND HAD A 92% JOB RETENTION RATE ONE YEAR OUT. IN AN EFFORT TO EXPAND JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN DIVERSE INDUSTRIES, TRILLIUM CREATED A BOLD GOAL THAT BY THE END OF 2020, 70% OF JOB PLACEMENTS WILL BE OUTSIDE FOOD SERVICE AND RETAIL. AS OF DECEMBER 2019, 53% OF NEW JOBS MET THE BOLD GOAL, UP FROM 45% THE PREVIOUS YEAR. TRILLIUM WORKS IN COLLABORATION WITH SCHOOLS AND LOCAL SERVICE CLUBS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG ADULTS TO GET THEIR FIRST JOB OUT OF SCHOOL; IN 2019 THAT WAS 24 STUDENTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES THAT GRADUATED WITH A JOB. TRILLIUM WAS AWARDED 100 BEST PLACES TO WORK IN WASHINGTON AND THE COMMUNITY IMPACT AWARD FOR JOB TRAINING BY SEATTLE BUSINESS MAGAZINE.
CONSULTING:AS A NATIONALLY ACCREDITED ORGANIZATION WITH NEARLY FOUR DECADES OF EXPERIENCE, TRILLIUM PROVIDES TRAINING AND CONSULTING SERVICES TO BUSINESSES, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
